Quote:Ever seen a handheld that can run StarCraft II? You have now -- this is the Ocosmos OCS-1, a Windows 7 sliding-QWERTY and dual-joystick device from Korea with Intel's new Oak Trail inside. Wee're looking at a 1.5GHz Oak Trail chip to be exact, coupled with Intel GMA600 integrated graphics, up to a 64GB of solid-state storage, 802.11b/g WiFi and Bluetooth underneath a 4.8-inch, 1024 x 600 capacitive touch screen. Front and rear cameras and a microphone are on hand for your inevitable video chat sessions, and there's an array of slots and ports just as you'd expect. Get a closer look in our gallery below, while wee go find out more.

I completely agreed with you must haveAdoreAdoreAdore...
can i run GTA IV on this thing? :itchingsmile"
That's an impressive handheld.
Imagine how hot that thing will get?

I'll wait for a better one for now it's really neat. *_*'
Intel's new platform?  That reminds me that AMD is releasing its Fusion platform around early 2011, which will have its low power CPU (more powerful than current netbook Atoms) and an integrated AMD GPU.

Interesting how x86 CPUs are entering mobiles now, though IDK about using a desktop OS on this thing.

Shouldn't really get hot...

I would love a handheld that can play SC2.

But I would hate to play SC2 on it.  (Try microing your units on that... the opponent would walk circles around me.)

Still pretty cool, but unfortunaly, most doujin games I used to play only worked on Windows OSs that aren't Vista or 7.

It's probably using an x86 CPU so you should be able to, theoretically, use any Windows you want (main issue is drivers).
If not that, VMs may work.

Just use XP compatibility.

If that doesn't work, that XP Mode thing (but it probably can't do that.  Need a CPU with virtualization technologies).  Or just use a normal VM.

Otherwise, unless it's designed against it (eg. built in security to stop piracy), if it can run Windows 7, it can also run XP.
