I would rather have them end the series here. No more OVAs or bull. This was the most fitting end.
If they do something on the lines of what Kuu said, then it'll just be another drama series. If at all you want him to live, then I'd rather think that he and C.C. meet up in the World of C. After all, he hasn't revealed her true name yet, has he?
