Hmm, maybe I got them round the wrong way then...

Oh, and a HD6950 can be unlocked to a HD6970, so you may wish to consider that above a GTX560, though you probably won't since you don't game much.

If there's nothing you particularly need an upgrade for, I'd suggest getting an SSD.  That'll probably improve the overall feel of speed greatly.  Pick up a 60GB Sandforce based SSD for around $100-$130 (whatever the prices are in the US) and install your OS and commonly used apps on there and you should get a decent boost in speed overall.
