Have backups of user folders.

Re-install OS
Install drivers
Install AV/Firewall
Copy over user folders
Tweak for performance
Tweak for visual pleasure
Install applications
CCleaner and Defrag
Anything else I forgot

Online bookmarks and passwords get added as I go along.
