RE: HELP! Having trouble accessing EP!
Can't log into amazon.com either!! NOOOOO
It just sits idle saying "waiting for amazon.com", just like n4g. Also, I can't favorite videos in youtube...
I maybe have to reinstall windows.

RE: HELP! Having trouble accessing EP!
Do another manual spyware scan. I know of some spoon that actually blocks connection to sites. I had Virtumonde, and I couldn't get to google, and some other sites. If I could, it was slow as hell. Just check to make sure.
Also, if you have a liveCD of some OS, boot into it and see if the same problems exist.

RE: HELP! Having trouble accessing EP!
Hmmm. I used lots different spyware/virus/malware detection programs. Nothing showed up except a few trackers, which I got rid of. I use Spybot S&D, ad-aware, counterspy, uniblue spyeraser. I used to use AVG, but it annoyed me. Also, didn't like Norton. I may have to try em anyways.

RE: HELP! Having trouble accessing EP!
If it works on IE, but not Firefox, then that's a really weird issue (I would've imagined it to be a system wide thing, but appears not the case). Try using Firefox Portable with no plugins.

Still no go. Disabled them all. My dad has up all kinds of security at his computer, and he has configured everything just so. I keep asking if he has done anything that would keep me unable to do things at many sites, but I don't get a good answer. I wonder...

RE: HELP! Having trouble accessing EP!
I can't log on to EP using Safari on my dads mac now. I am only posting now using that quick post thing where you place your Username and password and e-mail.
It's annoying so is there a way this can be fixed?
Oh and he doesn't want me to install FF. :(

Do proxies work then?

RE: HELP! Having trouble accessing EP!
Everything is working now. Apparently our router and modem were having a bad problem with connection. When they started up, the bandwidth would rapidly start deteriorating. Within an hour, it'd be completely gone and have no connection. I figure the main reason I was able to get on some of those sites on my dad's comp is because it is directly connected to the router and modem, whereas my computer is wirelessly connected all the way up one story. Thanks for all the help guys. Everything is working again. You know, because I had no EP to come to, I got back into D2. I tend to think it was because of this that D3 was announced :P
