Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I noticed i was able to rate up to +3 and -3 now, why is that? Not that im complaining, but im just wondering what triggered the change (so i can work on it even more to get +4 hahah)

i beleive its for admin only

maybe normal users can vote +1 or -1, then mods can vote +2, and admins +3? but i have been admin for a while and i could only vote +3 recently

it has to be 10+ rep. its mods +1 and admins +2, then anopther +1 if you have a rep of 10- or more
