that doesn't matter... however long your gameboot is, you will only need to make correct entries in you opening_plugin.rco

Uncompress your opening_plugin.rco and open it RCOEdit. Click on Anim data and scroll down to Delay and make appropriate changes to it. Its a trial error method. However, for a 6 second gameboot, the entry should read around 6400.

By default, i think the gameboot is only 2.5 secs long.

I use TMPGEnc Xpress

u can use Imtoo or virtual Dub as well
