I can't find the offsets that move the icons on the screen.

yeah. I did, I've edited both the photo and music menus. and the icon offsets have always been labeled "control panel"

so at this point I have everything down with the theme except for the video control panel so I really, really need the help with finding it so I can get my theme released. and get to work on other things.
