Im glad you feel that you two are secure.

and don't be scared to fall in love with someone close to home...

Because I know someone whos been holding a long distance relationship
with a person in another country for about two years... that will never work out...
hes 15... and has already asked her to marry him... Those two years he could of
had someone who lived right next door. For two years he has been missing out on
someone to hold and kiss... for someone hes never even met...

Im not telling you to be disloyal at all. Just keep an open mind.
If for any reason you don't see the relationship ever working out...

Think of your other options.
