RE: Internet access to pr0n?
The problem though, is that even if you want to, you can't really control it.
Think of piracy. The media/game/music/whatever industry tries their donkey off, and in the end... they fail.
Does anyone really think they can remove hershey kisses from the internet? Not as easy as that.

RE: Internet access to pr0n?
the thing is, hershey kisses has the preotection of the law aswell. There is no law against it as long as all participants are aware of what's happening and agree to it

RE: Internet access to pr0n?
hershey kisses on the internet should stay the way it is, if you try to ban it it will make its way into the net, and i fear that it might be worse, i think its all about parents who need to teach their children about sex ed, the debate is at what age, if its below that age then children just need to be supervised when on the net, and over that age is fine

RE: Internet access to pr0n?
I believe there is a law in some places that there must be an explicit "You must be 18 to view this site" warning on websites containing adult content. I'm not positive on this though, and obviously, this won't work on all countries.
But as previously said, it's difficult to control anyway.
As for parental control, I really don't believe in them, well, maybe for younger children, but as they get older, I believe parents should place a stronger focus on educating their children rather than trying to restrict their actions.
Ethically, you can't really tell what the girl has gone through - it's not like they'll put it on the website.
So should it be allowed? Personally, I think it depends how you link it with having sex publicly (which is illegal).
Although I have no evidence to back this up, banning hershey kisses could also have some potential negative effects, such as a possible increase in teenage pregnancies.

RE: Internet access to pr0n?
exposing really young kinds is the real concern
but it is common knowledge that more things are eXx1l3d the more they find new ways to come back

RE: Internet access to pr0n?
If you just restrict access though, people will try harder to get to it and see why its restricted.
Like Zinga said, it should fall to the parents to responsibly educate the child about why they do/don't want them to do anything, not just watch hershey kisses

RE: Internet access to pr0n?
I know how to control it!
See that wire going from your PC to your wall socket/ power regulator.
Cut it. Go ahead try it.
