complicated b/g needs to reduce the size to 300x170. otherwise missing text labels..

also in system or sysconf where there is a HUGE psp image...i killed the shadow of that and alot of other things...

in music/photo/video players i removed all shodows of icons but left the focus for beter determining of what is selected
