i can't get the stupid thing to actualy go into gps mode i want it to navigate but all it dus is show the flipping map

do u have the gps accessory for the psp cause without the accessory it won't work

yes i do. sorry for the late reply but i had to wait to get a new one and they guy i get it from was out of stock and i just got a new one my old one didnt work

Uh, did you put in the required PRX files? apparently they are needed if your using the PSP-290.
And also, the GPS unit only receives signal outside, and won't operate inside a building/house.
