Pandora Software Creator 3.71 M33
Hellcat Wrote:P a n d o r a   I n s t a l l e r   f o r   3 . x x   K e r n e l s
============================================

Preface?
----------
NEVER, NEVER EVER, NEEEEVER USE THIS TO CONVERT A SLIM BATTERY TO PANDORA!
YOU WILL KILL YOUR BATTERY! ONLY USE WITH FAT'S BATTERY!

ONLY USE WITH FAT'S BATTERY! ONLY USE WITH FAT'S BATTERY!
ONLY USE WITH FAT'S BATTERY! ONLY USE WITH FAT'S BATTERY!
ONLY USE WITH FAT'S BATTERY! ONLY USE WITH FAT'S BATTERY!

It runns on the Slim, YES, but: ONLY USE WITH FAT'S BATTERY!

OK?

Now What?
-----------
The original Pandora-Tools are dependant on 1.50, if you are on 3.71-M33
or the Slim you're out of luck - the don't run.

But fear no more ;-)

This is an installer app for a base Pandora setup.
It runns under *ANY* currently known kernel (that is 1.50 to 3.71) and
gives you three options:

1) Make normal battery to Pandora one
2) Make Pandora battery to normal one
3) Install a full 1.50 to the memstick, including the Pandora

And yes, it does run on 3.71 - I tested it myself ;-)

How?
------
To use the installer, first you need the 1.50 updater EBOOT named
as "UPDATE.PBP" in the root folder of your memorystick.
As a regular Pandora user you'll have that already, if not: copy it!

Now copy the "pan3xx" folder from this archive to
/PSP/GAME/ on your memorystick - and run it!

Done :)

Cool?
-------
Yes!
Since this installer installs a full 1.50, and not only a subset like
the original installer, you're only one tiny file edit away from
booting a full 1.50 from your memstick to run additional tools or
installers from there before/instead of directly flashing your PSP.

At this point, let me suggest to install the "Extended Pandora Menu" ;-D

And here it is:
[ D*O*W*N*L*O*A*D ]

RE: Pandora Software Creator 3.71 M33
Well two days ago ,upgraded my PSP to 3.71 M33 and i was wondering why i did that? now all of the homebrews are not supported most of all cause of the missing 1.50 subset , and then i saw this thread at QJ , by Hellcat ... Atleast when something goes wrong , as this CFW have a strange tendencies to brick , i will keep that software in hand ... Also always make yourself a backup of all of yours existing Pandora sticks.

Because im mostly sure the eloader , uses Hen , Hen means only User Mode acces , no kernel at all , so no Flash0 acces , well this might work for some homebrews but , im patient to see if the apps will be ported to 3.xx kernel , or not.

RE: Pandora Software Creator 3.71 M33
I hope 3.71 M33 does cause a general migration to 3.xx kernels.  The 3.xx kernel allows modules and also 8GB (and beyond) memory sticks to be used.

Who knows?  M33 may have deliberately left out the 1.50 kernel :P

RE: Pandora Software Creator 3.71 M33
you mean M33 = DAX . . . and they left it out because the mobo of the slim (anorexic bitch) has not been patched to allow any 1.5 kernel so that's why they are going to release a 1.5 kernel updatefor the HEALTHY PSP. . . . .(at least that's what I understand)

Exactly i hope so , this will be the CFW they was talking about before the 3.xx kernel based CFW , before when i read about it i though this is some kind of a science fiction , a cfw without 1.50 subset , now days its done and i don't even noticed it .... Only wonder why the Flash0 acces wasn't so succesful ...
