me and a couple of buddies have been trying to get this guy to drink, now get this hes 21, ok, 21 and he has never ever ever touched a drop of liquor. nothing he won't put his lips up against an empty bottle, now I'm not saying that drinking is good, but come on, ur 21 dude you can now legally buy the stuff in cali, and you won't? its ridiculous so right now wee got him to agree to drink this monday, another one of my buddie is gonna have his moms house all to himself, so the guy said he was gonna drink but its not the first time hes said that and made up an excuse later on of why he can't. so idk lets start a disscussion about it, personal experiences or ideas on how to get ppl to drink I'm thinking to just freaking come up behind him and inject him in his neck with a syringe full of like skyy vodka, maybe too dangerous or deadly idk anyone have any ideas or personal experiences they want to share?

Don't tell me that you're seriously considering that...  Like, that's really going too far...

I'm not legally allowed to drink, so IDK.  I personally believe if one of your friends/buddies really don't want to drink, I don't bother trying to force them, but others think differently to me...

Just try not going over the top, or you'll regret it later.

yeah but I'm sure you can see why wee want him to, 21yr old and its just omfg how can you of never touched the stuff, I'm mexican at like 7 my dad was handing me shots at partys i only had one each party didnt like the stuff much, and this guy is more wetback then i am and he always says yeah, then like that same day he makes up a lame excuse

i hate you, i can still get it but it'd be easier being able to just go into an liquor store and get a brewskis for breakfast, than waiting for friday night when me and a buddy go drinking

lol, ive been drinking since i was 13 or 14... i was legal (16) for a few months until wee moved to Hong Kong where you have to be 18, but i drink every week anyway...

the younger you are when u learn ur limits, the better. cause when ur 25 and u get drunk like an idiot you can do much more stupid stuff (like lose your job, whatever) when ur 15 and you get drunk and do stupid stuff it doesn't really matter the worse think that can happen is being suspended from school for a few days (so whot).

o and another thing. drinking is not like smoking at all. some nerds say its the same cause ppl do it to be cool and stuff, but that's bullchocolate. smoking is disgusting, and it kills. even when you only smoke a little bit. booze however, is delicious, and if you just know ur limits its not gonna kill you an ur not gna get addicted either. also, ur not bothering anyone if you sit next to them drinking beer, unlike smoking.

alcohol isn't bad for you as long as you get to know when to stop drinking and that brings me to another reason to drink for this guy:

if you never drink, you know at one point in ur life you WILL be persuaded to drink, and ull probably drink a lot. which can kill you. start drinking slowly, get ur body used to the alcohol instead of suddenly drinking too much the first time, that's where all the storys about alcohol poisoning come from.

and don't drink and drive. if ur not used to alcohol cause u never drink, you won't have the ability to dicide when youve had too much to drive.. and stuff,

in holland the laws are so strict for teens, if ur 16 you can only have 0.2 (or 0.02?) promille of alcohol in ur blood, which basicly means you can have half a beer and an hour later you can drive (well you can't drive till ur 18, only scooters). in my experience, half a beer does nothing at all. 2 beers do nothing at all, unless you gulp them down in a few seconds, ive had this nigiht where there were 2 parties in a row with unlimited beer and stuff and i did nothing but drink, i had at least 15 glasses and i threw up but hey, now i know when i throw up. i remember acting like a total idiot but i'd rather know now when to stop then act like an idiot when i don't expect it. also, acting like an idiot (and not begin able to help it) can be fun as hell especially since all mobile phones have cameras in them nowadays :P

by the way the time when i was so drunk i threw up, i didnt have a hangover. ive never had a hangover .. which is probly cause im used to it now.

yeah its good to just sit back and have a drink relax and have a good time, like u said it doesn't bother anyone if you sit next to them with a brewskis

yeah at least the kid drank and he wants to drink a bit more now here and there, wee pressure him cause maybe wee where too but he won't drink as much as us and he knows when to stop, i do too but since i usually drink like downstairs from home so its not a big deal if i walk up the stairs uber drunk
