Just click through the instructions (easy to do, shouldn't take more than 1 minute) and at the end, enter your PayPal email to receive credit.

Haven't really tried it as of yet, but I think it's a coupon code which must be used at checkout by 30th September.

Other options (instead of $5 credit) available too after you complete the instructions.
