Yeah I've seen this. But if the cog was out in the first place then it would only take a knock to put it out of alignment again. Microsoft is right to send out replacement bluray drives.

Both consoles have had their minor launch woes.

Yeah, the HDMI cable (PS4) and Blu-ray drive (Xbox One) issues for each console seem easily fixable by replacing the cable and the drive, which is great news.

On a less serious note, I just posted this video because I found it amusing and was surprised this method worked actually worked for this guy, at least. I was tempted to put a disclaimer, lol.
