go into ur recovery menu, then advanced, then flash0

on ur pc, a window will appear. in i think the 3rd or4th 1 down is a single file. could u send it 2 me in the folder u found it in please

If you're having issues with OE, a reinstall will work.

dh = DevHook - not to do with OE.
