I took a look, and CTF GUI does not support 6.38 conversions.
When I get the time, I'll look into converting it manually, and post it here :)

works for 635 and 637 theme's only the paf.prx is replaced
here is a tut and the 638 decrypted paf attached so you can skip step 1 of the tut:

You only need to edit the decrypted 638 paf.prx >>

paf.rar (Size: 3.37 KB / Downloads: 361) this is the paf.ini either replace or copy the 638 bookmarks to yours,..(it was the latest bookmark from patpat)
edit and save,. now before you want to make the ctf you have to replace the paf.prx

now you have to replace the 638 paf.prx with in CTFtool_GUI_XXX/base/635/paf.prx(make back-up of the 635 paf ;)) <<< if you were converting a 635 to 638 theme,. if you were converting a 637 to 638 replace in CTFtool_GUI_XXX/base/637/paf.prx"

I don't really use anyone's themes but my own now man, but I got to say, that's an AMAZING wave! :D OMG! I LOVE IT. :D
