My friend likes a theme,but wee don't know how to convert it,so wee need someone who can do it to help us,also it's better that you can tell us how to do it...Thanks a lot...

I have converted Fusion Reboot for 6.35. It looks just like the theme your friend likes. So, if you're still finding this theme for 6.35, I'll give you the link of the theme.
