Computer BSODs
i just had one a few minutes ago, i just (meaning 30sec before) finished downloading Test Drive Unlimited for PSP and i had my PS2 Eyetoy plugged in as a webcam as i was trying out the new site: Cameriod which is basically the Windows/Online version of Apple Mac PC's "Photobooth", and i was also updating one of my apps (Skype). i decided to unplug my Eyetoy and as soon as i did i got a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death for those who don't know...).

so i was just wondering, How Many times have you got a BSOD?
* personally, I've only got one 2 times, including the one stated above :D

Just so you know, I'm talking about PC BSODs, not PSP BSOD :P

RE: Computer BSODs
Despite the instance that Windows sucks. Its actually pretty stable if you know what your doing.

But regardless you are always bound to encounter massive errors once in a while.

RE: Computer BSODs
"KERNEL INPAGE STACK ERROR!" i use a lot of ram.... right now I'm using 63-75% of my total ram count

on win98 it was random windows errors. so I'm think more than 100 times i saw BSOD. (don't know why everybody keeps calling it these)

i also froze a Mac before.

Tonnes, primarily because I've used the computer so much, and I've deliberately made BSoDs at various times.

In terms of occurances recently though, almost none.

RE: Computer BSODs
I went from 3.2, to 95, to 98, to xp.

I would have to say that win 95 takes the cake as the most bsod filled experiencce.
Trying to get the net up and running on that beast was an agonizing test in endurance... remember dial-up????

...Yeah? I also remember the bsod for it has been implanted in my brain. I must have gotten it hundreds of times in windows 95.

98 had less, and xp lesser still.... I have only malfunctioned 3 times on xp.

..Surprisingly it got better with time.
