I started smoking again, after going cold turkey for three years, i have started again. But im going to smoke all naturals, like american spirits, cause i don't want any of those additives in my tobacco.

I smoke like 2-3 cigarettes today. Granted, I'm still smoking, it's a whole lot better than most other smokers. Try pipe tobacco and roll your own.

yeah, im aiming to do that.

I mean i used to be a severe chain smoker (2 packs a day)

but when im only smoking 2-3 then im set. And pipe tobacco is always a choice

self rolled cigs are sooo harsh.

ive havent smoked a cig in about 5 years, I too stopped cold turkey.
but being put in a hospital will do that
