How to fix sleeping patterns?
So... I'm nocturnal; I sleep as the sun comes up (7-9am) and wake up as it goes down (5-7pm). The problem is, I have exams starting in three days; they're all in the morning at 9.30am-12.30pm. I need to fix my sleeping before then, any ideas?

RE: How to fix sleeping patterns?
quick fix is try to sleep and chocolateload of coffee. < it gives you a negative bonuses on your stats though. but in a long term.
then try to fix it manually.

But they'll naturally wear off when you level up, right?

Alternatively, you could try the 28 hour day and migrate over.

RE: How to fix sleeping patterns?
Its far easier to slowly move your sleeping pattern either fowards or backwards into a comfortable place, but if your exams arent in 3 days i guess you don't have that luxury

i just try to get used to mine when it gets weird >_>

i am now sleep at 0400 till 0800. 4 hours of sleep is enough. when i have time i sleep a whole lots (like 8 hours) to make up for it, usually once a week.

RE: How to fix sleeping patterns?
Well it's not as bad as my previous 48-hour-cycle - I stayed up for 30 hours then slept for 18 hours lol. I study with my friend tomorrow at 8 or 9am so I try sleep early Moon
