so i made a transfer of $50 from my bank account to my paypal account, right?
it said 3-5 days
yesterday, my bank account balance went down $50
but still today, my paypal lists its balance as $0.00
unfortunately, i can't order my e-cigarette until my paypal has the funds in it to buy it
so, im stuck now with a bank account balance of <$3.00
this means, that i can't order my e-cigarette, and i can't buy a new pack of cigarettes...

...and im going on 36 hours without a cigarette

and so, im just about ready to kill someone.

Yeah, PayPal takes forever to get funds into your account.

Takes them out of the bank fairly quickly though.

(for me, it's typically 5-7 working days, generally more towards the 7; once it did take 9 working days...)

if you connect your PayPal to your card then you can do express checkouts and automatically charge the card... (automated charge, no waiting)

or do you not have a card?

They should implement an automated system... at least mostly automated.

and the only card i have is mah debit card, which is linked to that account
which means it won't work (already tried)

Consider it an omen.  

I stopped 4 years and 2 days ago (the day my wife said she was preggy - I'm 27).  I used patches to help, but became hooked on having a small, useless, skin-coloured piece of plastic stuck to my arm.  3 months after "quitting" smoking, I had to "quit" patches.  

If you're serious about stopping, and not just "pretending to want to quit" (as I did several times before the Baby came along), the trick is to change your mind-set...

You need to stop thinking you're trying to stop smoking, and start believing you are a non-smoker.  

You don't smoke.  

It's not that you're trying to do anything; It's simple.  You don't smoke.  

Don't stop smoking, start being a non-smoker.  

The longer you're a non-smoker, the easier it is.

Pay-pal just saved your life.
