[Release] ClearOxygen 5.50 GEN

Re-skin of Reinsch's ClearXMB theme. Almost all icons have been swapped with ones from the Oxygen icon set (hence the name "ClearOxygen").

Credits - Thanks:

Actually both the Oxygen icons and the wallpaper are from KDE 4 :)
