ok... the Youtube preview imgae looked like a gross nipple.

Anyways... I don't thinks its a Sewer.. but rather a clip of and endoscopy examination for someone who has a worm / cyst infection.

It's a cluster of worms. They aren't in any soil, so they freaked out and clustered around themselves. When one of them tenses, the rest of them are triggered to tense up as well, giving the muscle illusion you see there.

as base in the video, it use snake cam to enter inside a body to monitor its belly, and eww, almost look like a sewer
