comex has done it again! Another new Wii exploit has been found, this time using Super Smash Brothers Brawl a game many Wii users already have and it works on every current Wii firmware. This finding is because of Team Twiizers last week released the source of The Twilight hack, and they also have written the ELF loading code used in this hack. So now there are 3 ways of softmodding your nintendo, The Twilight Hack, BannerBomb, and this new SSBB exploit. Making hacking your Nintendo Wii even easier then ever. comex says this should be released soon.

Since nobody has yet mentioned this, I thought I would say it. This exploit will be extremely hard for Nintendo to patch. This is because you do not need to use the system menu to copy it or use an exploit in the menu itself, or anything like that. The exploit only depends on Brawl's own loading code, meaning that even if they do patch the system menu to delete it at boot, you can simply start Brawl, then put the SD card in once Brawl has loaded, and run it from there. The only way they'll be able to patch it is if they bring in realtime patching for a game (unlikely), or they press new discs (likely after a fashion, but will take a good while, and they can't replace the thousands of discs in circulation).
