internet connection problem
Hey everyone,
I've just downgraded from 3.03-1.50, and went to 3.40 oe-a.
I tried getting the wireless connection up again, but whenever I test it, it goes to the "Obtaining IP adress" screen, and then times out.
What do I have to do to fix it?
(P.S. After downgrading, I didn't run the NetConfigBackup program)

RE: internet connection problem
Is your psp a TA-082.
Because i heard of some keys that get messd up when downgrading, not sure if it has anything to do with the internet thing.

RE: internet connection problem
those settings base on your AP/ISP....
let say: if your AP's internal IP is 192.168.0.1, then u have set your PSP's ip about 192.168.0.4 (last digit is up to u, from 1~254), mask sets 255.255.255.0, DNS set same as your home PC's

RE: internet connection problem
you don't need to re-flash 3.40 OE-A because it isn't a problem with the flash0 or flash1, if it is stuck on "Obtaining IP Address", then it is a problem with some of the internet settings you put on your PSP. do what matchung said and set all the settings manually, to find them out, on your PC, while connected to the internet, goto Command Prompt, then type "ipconfig /all" (without the quotations, and with that space between ipconfig and the /)
