PSPBTCNF BIN tool v3

This tool allows you to modify PSPBTCNF BIN files (pspbtjnf.bin, pspbtknf.bin, pspbtlnf.bin)

Usage:
copy PSPBTCNFtool to ms0:/PSP/GAME

Press X to extract BIN files to ms.
-it will be saved as text format at the root directory of memory stick. now you can edit it with your text editor

Press TRIANGLE to build BIN files
-convert your modified text files to BIN format

Press SQUARE to flash BIN files
-it flashes your new edited BIN files to flash0.
WARNING: PLEASE BUILD BIN FILES FIRST! OR THIS WILL BRICK YOUR PSP

Press R trigger to backup bin files
-it will backup your bin files to MS root

Press L trigger to restore bin files
-it will copy your backuped bin files to flash0

WARNING: PLEASE BUILD BIN FILES FIRST! OR THIS WILL BRICK YOUR PSP

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Editing txt:

pspbtjnf - Normal

pspbtknf - M33 Driver

pspbtlnf - Sony NP9660

V : VSH (XMB)
G : Game & Homebrew
U : UPDATE
P : POPS
A : Application
L : Licensed Application

ChangeLog:

-v3 : added Backup/Restore, 3G PSP support

-v2 : added Slim PSP support

-v1 : initial release

Hmm , was this the possibility of customizing the home screen ?
IF it is becarefull with those bricks , jejeje...

No..this just allows you to put .prx in flash0 or flash1 and decomrpess-edit-recompress the psbtn files so it will load plugins wihtout using the seplugins and vsh/game/pops.txt files

No..this just allows you to put .prx in flash0 or flash1 and decomrpess-edit-recompress the psbtn files so it will load plugins wihtout using the seplugins and vsh/game/pops.txt files

hmm intriguing don't think I'm gonna use it for a whole bunch of things though... Ahaa

IS there some benefit that using this provides, that I don't get from using the plugins in my seplugins folder? I would really like some info on this, it sounds intriguing.

Mostly its people who suffer from having multiple memory sticks and don't want to replicate the seplugins folders across them..though some plugins still require to read files from the memorystick..but like screenshots and anti-update and anti-cfw folders plugins like that would be beneficial.
