Question re: sysconf_plugin_about.rco
I just edited the images of my sysconf_plugin_about.rco with my own images. I just like to know if there's a way to edit/extend the playtime of the images?

I tried to look at the rco's animation delays using rcoeditor but there's none. I also looked at sysconf_plugin.rco guessing it might be there but alas none also.

I was thinking it maybe in another rco (similar to the connection of gameboot playtime to the delay in the opening_plugin.rco).

Is this possible?

RE: Question re: sysconf_plugin_about.rco
Well, it must be defined somewhere...

Either in a .rco, or hidden in a .prx offset.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure where.    :(

If I figure it out, I will post it here.

RE: Question re: sysconf_plugin_about.rco
The delay times are in the sysconfg_plugin.prx look for 1000 2000 or 3000,. or check the old prx bookmark lists.

there is a delay and a fade offset,. also the resolution's for all 7 images

RE: Question re: sysconf_plugin_about.rco
I know i posted in the right forum site. So many people here really know their rcos and prxs. Thanks very much Vegetano.

Unfortunately it's more difficult to edit prxs without bookmarks. I will look at the old bookmarks thread, hopefully i can find it.

RE: Question re: sysconf_plugin_about.rco
Okay, I tried and I found the bookmark for sysconf_plugin.prx, but I do not know how to go about with it. Sorry but I'm not adept at hex editing so give me some slack, I'm trying to learn.

Here is the screenshot I made:

1. Am I in the correct offset?

2. How do I change the value of the delay time for the "about" images to show let's say 1.5 seconds for each image/display?

Thanks very much for your patience and help.

RE: Question re: sysconf_plugin_about.rco
For 5.00 PRXs, you need to descramble them first.  The bookmarks are for the descrambled files.
Try this: http://endlessparadigm.com/forum/showthr...?tid=14297  (unsure if there's a newer version - I haven't really been following this, but see if that works)

Whoaahh.

I used Xander's GUI for descrambling and I do not know what to do next. I end up with a dump bin of "floats?" and I don't know what to with it?

Can you please direct me more?

Thanks, again, for the patience.

RE: Question re: sysconf_plugin_about.rco
OKay, I was able to edit the value from the bin generated when I used the Descrambler GUI of XanderChaos.

I edited the.bin file generated from the decrypted and decompressed sysconf_plugin.rco that I have, and used the 5.00 sysconf_plugin bookmark I got from this site. After that I merged again the .bin from the sysconf_plugin.prx and nothing changed. (I descramble again to get the .bin from the merged prx to see if the values did not change but it was changed, but nothing happens in terms of the delay time).

This is what I got:

I edited the value (originally from 2400) to first 4800 but nothing happened. I tried again, this time making it extremely high (9800) but the delay time (playing time) of the images of within the sysconf_plugin_about.rco still plays like it was never changed.

Am I editing the right offset? Or am I missing something?
