yeah.. was waiting for my lappy (Studio 15) but its been delayed due to some conditions "that wee are trying our best to rectify"

right...

if its not here this weekend, I'm having it canceled.

some contacts of mine got a pretty decent service from Dell... dunno what happened here.

I was given a dell once. it didnt have a floppy drive and there was no way of adding one as there was no floppy connector on the mobo. I killed it when i added a cd burner and somehow managed to kill the mobo, CPU and PSU at the same time. Dell wouldnt beleive me that it was broken until they sent someone out to take a look... Even then they tried to charge me for new parts even though it was in warranty. Wee kicked up a fuss and ended up getting a whole new computer for free, but only because it was cheaper to replace than repair.

I dunno... this could be an isolated problem. Still, its irritating...

not isolated, same thing happen to me with same lappy, ive bought two other desktops and they worked perfectly, and got here on time
