Being as paranoid as I am, it bothers me a bit when I can search for my email address with Google and I get a hit for my profile on these forums.

Can that be fixed? I post things here that I don't want to have any problems over. (I know that it's a long shot for that to happen, but still.)

Most forums save the email address in a database and show an image of it in the profile, using the md5 hash or something as filename

"Hey, Google, this Google email address I opened that is solely used for piracy activities is showing up in your search engine. Fix it."

first wee need to find a solution, for example remove the address from ur profile lol until wee get an image working
then you email google saying

by accident my personal details showed up on your search, the page in question has been updated could you please update your records or remove this record

they do it all the time

That would work. I guess it's not that big of a deal really.

Remove it from the profile, BUT, did you actually want your email address to be displayed on this site?  The "email" link (you need to enable showing emails) will allow users to send you an email through this website (eg doesn't give out your email address directly).

Alternatively, if you want your email address to actually be displayed, you can always make an image and chuck it in your signature.
