does anyone know how to create a Japanese XBOX Live Account?
I would love to access the Japanese Marketplace to grab the Tales of Vesperia Demo.
I don't even know if that's possible but I read about a guy who said he logged in his Japanese Live account and downloaded the demo so....

and this should let you play locale, so you can play online games with japanese people :)
