carlos mencia is a badass comedian, infact the best comedian in a few years, wether he steals jokes or not is irrelevant, what is relevant is that he is intelligent, if you can take a comedian's jokes and make money then you are golden and fudge what ever everyone else thinks, life revolves around money, and if you have a method to come up on that cash then you're golden
