Please don't do that with your writing :/ It is incredibly annoying...

I will help you though. You can't actually make a free domain of .com, .net etc but you can get a free one. My favourite is .co.nr because it looks kinda real.

The first step to making a website is to find the best plan that suits you. And there aren't alot of good plans that are free...
Sign up to a "free hosting website domain/subdomain" and most will have built in applications and forum equipment.
I don't know much about this but if you need any info you can ask me....

get a book on SQL HTML XML, maybe know some php

then get some server space

set up your DB
& start editing the site every day for the rest of your life =P

quotaless has ads... i use http://www.000webhost.com/ i think its the best free one i could find...
u can also register .co.cc for free too
