Hey so my hard drive is seriously screwed and I'm not gona bother paying someone to recover the physical sectors. I've decided to get an external HDD for my *backed up* tv shows, movies and apps. I'm thinking of getting this.

What does everyone think?

Or something like that. Putting them together yourself would save you close to a hundred dollars. The downside is that you wouldn't get the same functionality as you would with the pre-made external drive (No software for incremental backups).

I used to have one of my dvd burners in an external enclosure, and I can tell you that it's a handy thing to have.

Any of those two would be ok.

im thinking of going for a 1 terabyte one purely because of the movies and *backed up isos* i have..;P
