Some people asked if I could tell everyone how I felt during my little experiment in cutting the really unhealthy stuff out of my diet. This journal is the first of 3 I'll make during the week.

Okay, here wee go. Yesterday was the first day I tried this. I usually have some tea or coffee in the morning, something caffeinated. I didn't have that yesterday, though, so I was feeling a bit tired during the day. I don't usually eat much of a breakfast, but I made a point to eat something, so I just ate some fruit and drank a bit of juice. (I don't know if they have this outside of the US, but the 'Simply' juices, like Simply Lemonade and Simply Apple, are positively orgasmic and really good for you) After my initial sleepiness wore off, I actually felt a lot better than usual. Lunch I just had a salad, and dinner I had some soup, nothing too heavy.

Today, I did the same thing with the fruit, and I think the initial shock of changing things up has worn off. I'm not nearly as tired.

Anyhoo, results so far have been positive
