highboy Wrote:i can't really see you doing anything wrong.the sound has to be a wav with the codec atrac3 otherwise it will be silent like you say but if you going from one prx to another im not sure for i went back and forth between the three countless times.would you please upload one for me to check it out other than that im not sure what to tell you and im very sorry for that.

Oh I didn't see that it had to be a wav with atrac3 format. Edit: I got it working after I downloaded an atrac3 codec. But one more thing. After my bootsound, the first button I push, it makes a small popping sound in the speakers. Here is my wav and my prx. I used Audacity to edit my mp3 and convert it to a wav.

Do you mean the popping is still there? Do you think I should just try a different audio converter? Maybe I'll try converting my mp3 through goldwave instead of audacity. I'll tell you how it goes.

Edit:Well, I'm still getting a popping sound. I use a 320 kbps mp3, pick a selection and convert it to atrac3 wav and use your converter and it still gives me that pop. Idk why but I guess I'll just deal with it. Other converters did this too so don't worry.
