It is not pixelated.

It has rough edges that shows that it is not rendered properly.

render using eraser tool is my suggestion, with a soft brush, you get nice smooth transitions which help with blending.

May I repeat, SHE IS NOT PIXELATED.

Please shift+delete. The render's edges are rough. Like what Sensei said, the scanlines. And those weird ball things in the background.

that's lensflare... i will blur it (aviods sensei's comment) when i can get some extra time in

removed the ugly orange lights... the render fact is my fault if need be i will restart.

download a program called gimp its  basically free photoshop and under 20 mb and use it to clean your image
