very possabile for sony to push this towards the next gen psp i mean that's the only thing the psp lacks is high power graphics and the wya this thing is talking it will be awesome for 3d so who knows wee will see

urr, this isn't a high end graphics chip. It's a chipset that can do SOME d3d instructions and uses the lightweight version of OpenGL. It is not for a next gen handheld games device, it's for a phone.

all i can think of is how much this kind of technology is going to cost. and also I'm surprised no one thought of this before.

cost could be a factor now but not after sometime
after all this is a prototype and it would take a while to actually get the finished product ready to use in mobile devices n by then cost might not be a factor as prices of production drop over time
