I think ive just proven that there need to be certain time limits to ensure only real posts can give you so many points, especially if there's going to be real products and money involved.

^^ what do you mean? from what i see, im getting ~10 EP for each post.

but i have the sun. if you make a really long post you get 600 EPs, and if you edit that post even if you just change 1 char, you get another 600. keep it up and the sun is within reach easily.

Hmm, try this:
- Deactivate all modules (or deactivate the plugin, it will deactivate all modules)
- Run the following query:

DELETE FROM mybb_settings WHERE gid=0

- Reactivate - see if that fixes it
I just noticed an issue with my upgrade script, which could be causing such an issue.

That appears to be a bug...
Seems like the recalculation procedure with editing posts doesn't properly grab the old post... >_>
