Did you know i like lefen lied and still have not watched all episodes,.!! lol

seeing as Elfen Lied is one of the greatest anime of all time (fudge off anyone who disagrees (ZiNgABuRgA - lol))

and I've always loved both characters.....

this is sublime.... simply fantastic work tigerfan, you should be proud.

Storyline is excellent, but it does suffer from many annoying flaws.

Listing a few,
1). Vectors supposed to have 2 meters strike radius. It looks more like 10 meters from the animation. Meh, can't even say it's any one length, seems to change from episode to episode...
2). The stupidity of the sodiers really gets to me. They know their crappy machine guns goes spoon all against the diclonius, yet guess what they do, continuously use them, and get slaughtered en mass. Just seems really unrealistic. Get a sniper, and all it takes is 1 clean shot. Makes it seem the environment is being altered to fit the storyline. The storyline should fit the environment instead.

And the ending seems really incomplete, and leaves a lot to be desired. Like what happens to that evil horned guy in the end? and other things.

But all in all, it's still a good anime. Good storyline = a lot me. Just because of the flaws and crappy ending, i would not consider it at the level you do (one of the greatest of all time)... so maybe somewhere between ur opinion, and Zinga's.

1) Different Diclonius (in it) have different Lengths & Strengths of Vectors..

2) Shock. They had no idea what to fudgeing do, especially when something they have only heard about is coming at them, they had no choice, and they had no previous experience. (You saw the Pros get involved later on) - as far as the Sniper-shot goes, that's how it went, and that's what split her personality, if she didn't have the helmet on she would of been pwnt - headshot.

The ending didn't lack whatsoever, it answered all the questions it left.. as far as the guy with 2 horns is concerned, he needed Lucy to reproduce the Diclonius, but that became impossible because Lucy was killed. (attention to detail ^____^)
