RE: eboot.pbp to eboot.bin
I was asking because i wanted to edit the vshmain to redirect the update icon in the xmb to WIFI file transfer homebrew,..
Placing it in the flash0,..
So when selecting the psp update icon Wifi file transfer would start,..

Results from ℋiЬЬyℬot™ - "better than Google"I understand what your trying to do but you are thinking about doing it a hard way,
The easy way would be to make a replacement update prx that loads the eboot,

I might have an idee what you mean but would not know where to begin,.. !?
So should be posible,.
Basicly i want the homebrew app "Adhoc File Transfer v0.5" to start when pressing the update button,.. the app would be in flash0 so not on the memorystick,..

Results from ℋiЬЬyℬot™ - "better than Google"I guess that's possible,
The prx would just have to load the eboot located on flash0

RE: eboot.pbp to eboot.bin
yeah its possible in theory.. the prx tells the psp to read the update from the umd... just find where it points to and redirect it.. ive had mine use the update icon in the settings menu to launch stuff and a few other icons in the xmb too.. though it was on a lower firmware.. 3.40...
