Photshop canvas size and you input , dummy space outside of the icon, but this method will increasy your topmenu size ,be carefull

There is no other way ??
I'm in 3.71M33-2 so I can't compress my topmenu_icon.rco and if I put 3 icon in, the memory is full and I don't see the pics.

make the picture itself smaller.
