im having some trouble, i put the icons into the .rco, then flash to my psp to rest but no icons show up at all.

The icon size is 50x41
Im using rco editor 1.15b
3.71m33-2 firmware

^Ah, it's your alpha layer.  I think (in Photoshop) black = fully transparent, white = fully opaque.

Not too sure why it shows up in RCO Editor fine though.

By the way rkelly, I tested it with PNG and it works fine.  If you're having issues with BMP alpha channels,  I suggest just sticking to PNG instead :P
