firmware 3.30 Released

    at least they bothered to change the decryption keys this time. (C+D 0 day release please? ;p)
    also topmenu_plugin.rco is much smaller than in 3.11 :O

    Hmm, so the PSAR Dumper dumps everything, but doesn't decrypt it?
