i just put a game on my computer, but i don't want to have to use the cd every time i play. How do i make it so that insted of reading form the CD, it reads from the hard drive

You need a no-cd crack for the game.

There are several sites they are posted on, but being of a dubious legal nature I'm not going to post them here.

Google is your friend.

1. Make an ISO file of the CD
2. Use virtual CD drive software to create a virtual CD drive where you can load ISO files.
3. Apply necessary patches to the EXE or find a cracked EXE to bypass CD security checks (Also called game "fixes")
4. Load the ISO using the Virtual CD drive software
5. Load game

I'm having problems making iso. It says "Data error (cyclic redundancy check)" after 2-3 seconds, what should i do?

Generally, imaging and emulating the CD will work. Though many games these days install all the content to your HDD, so that the CD/DVD is only there for verification (and annoyance) purposes.

Anyway, I suggest Alcohol 120% to image (note, it's not free, but you can get a free trial) and Daemon Tools to mount the image.
