I didnt pay attention and downloaded raw eps, can someone extract/send/point me to a sub file so I can use that to watch it without redownloading all of it :D

RE: Suzumiya Haruhi Subs
Not going to be easy since none of the episodes of Haruhi I know of are in MKV format. You might have to redownload them anyway >_>

Yeah, they're all hard-subbed avi files.

...and I'm not going to OCR the subs out either...

C'mon, I managed to find them easily enough.  Though the FTP server which had hosted them is now down...

a.f.k. subs r win.

Encode yourself For the win... not really. takes way too long. But u do get to control the output.

About 1/3 - 1/2 the anime i own currently are encoded by myself, from dual audio DVDs that i get from the library. (lol. library has like 1000+ anime DVDs)

ZiNgA BuRgA Wrote:...and I'm not going to OCR the subs out either...

I tried OCRing hardsubbed AVIs before. Extremely slow and unreliable. Not worth the time unless ur REALLY desperate.

OCRing from DVDs is much easier, since the subs are stored in a seperate stream, so no messy poo poo everywhere.
