Suzumiya Haruhi Subs
I didnt pay attention and downloaded raw eps, can someone extract/send/point me to a sub file so I can use that to watch it without redownloading all of it :D

Not going to be easy since none of the episodes of Haruhi I know of are in MKV format. You might have to redownload them anyway >_>

Encode yourself For the win... not really. takes way too long. But u do get to control the output.
About 1/3 - 1/2 the anime i own currently are encoded by myself, from dual audio DVDs that i get from the library. (lol. library has like 1000+ anime DVDs)

I tried OCRing hardsubbed AVIs before. Extremely slow and unreliable. Not worth the time unless ur REALLY desperate.
OCRing from DVDs is much easier, since the subs are stored in a seperate stream, so no messy poo poo everywhere.
