That's been up out for a while and is hardly a surrender, more looking for another way to weasel out of this (well deserved) reprisal.

i don't get it either lol. well.. all i heard is they 'borrow' stuff but theres no proof or i can't really find any. but either way its not really a site i go to so it really dosnt matter to me.

Apparently what the guy did was take the code from an M33 update (as he has with many other files) and rewrote some of the script, put personal info about other PSP figureheads (such as DA) in the "new" readme and took credit for parts of the code himself. He actually caused the mass bricking of a number of PSPs when they tried to use a copy of the M33-3 update downloaded from the site. There was a pissing contest between all the major CFW players from what I hear, they are losing and well... reallyall you have to do is read MaxConsole forums and such -_-
