Smooth Video Project 60fps videos without conversion
SVP converts the videos you watch to 60fps in realtime been using it and it has its uses in anime and movies

http://www.svp-team.com/

Here is the indiegogo for new version and a better description of the program

https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/real-...-pc#/story

You can get version 3.0 from their site

example watch this at 60fps and don't mind the sat/contrast changes SVP doesn't change colour settings it was the players used.

Remember to watch in 720p or higher for 60fps

This is interesting but I'm not sure if I'd want to use it. It does make motion look better. Maybe I'll try it out..

I honestly couldn't see much difference between the two.  Some pans looked smoother, but I was more put off by the fact that the videos didn't sync.

Anime wouldn't be my first choice for fps upscaling, since a lot of it is animated at 12fps (KanColle might be a better candidate as it's probably more action based) - they used an option sequence which probably gives better results than an actual episode.

Maybe I'll give it a try on non-anime videos.  I've tried some other framerate doublers in the past with largely meh results.

I've used this before and it's not "perfect", but this depends on the settings (there's a few anime-optimised settings in there). 1080p EUPHO! Lots of jarry artifacting that happens occasionally with panning motion, and almost certainly with text (for OPs and EDs)

yeah its not perfect they got an indiego for 4.0 version which should change a bunch of features.

It also depends on the media playing  Tried it with most films and it fits in nicely.

Avatar and The Hobbit looked particularly good but hey they are they types that would have been that framerate before downscaling.

Saying that the anime clip was just a basic example, JoJo looked amazing and yes i have mine configured to less artifacts in anime

Most films and shows i have seen have been a better experience with this.

You really notice how much shows *jitter* after using this.

PS Game of Throne was really good for this
