people used Instacheck to 'cheat' shiny values and such (also they used it for wifi battles)

I'm half pissed about this, now trading for perfect pokemon is even harder. :/ scammers and stuffs are everywhere.

and now that getting perfeect IVs much harder, people will just use clones and craps. :/
